Wear Appropriate Undergarments
The right undergarments can enhance the entire look of each dress you try on. After all, bright bra straps and uncomfortable underwear make even the most beautiful dresses look unflattering and feel awkward. We suggest wearing nude-colored seamless underwear and undergarments that fit you well with adjustable straps
Choose your entourage wisely when prom dress shopping.
Too many people may lead to too many opinions and create a tired and stressed out you. We recommend you bring one or two close friends or family members, preferably a parent.
Ideally, you want to start prom dress shopping in January assuming your prom will be early summer of the same year. Shops will have recently dropped the newest prom dress collections, and you'll get to the dresses before others have picked over everything or styles sell out.
Industry prices are set by the designer brand labels. Prom dresses typically cost $375-$800 before alterations. We do offer in-store layaway, so you are able to make payments on your dress. Once it is paid off you can take your dream dress home.
Yes. Our staff is eager to help, and we actually prefer to zip, tie, button, etc the dresses for you. This will allow you to focus on the overall look as well as keep the integrity of the dress in tact. We also offer to help you into and out of heels and accessories.
Yes! We encourage you to take pictures, and also provide ring lights for your use.
We currently carry 00-22 in store.
No. We do have gowns in store that are not shown on the website. We also have access to inventory (ie different sizes, colors) that are not shown “in stock” on the website as well. If you have a question about a style, do not hesitate to call us (614) 934-5397.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. This also applies to layaway payments; If you make a deposit on a dress to put it into layaway, and you decide not to get the dress, you forfeit the money you paid. Also, as pertaining to layaways, you cannot exchange and apply the paid money to another dress.
Yes! This is a benefit that we offer in store only to customers that would like to make payments on their dress. The dress must be paid off before you are able to take it out of the store. There are NO additional fees for layaway. However, our store return policy does apply to layaways. If you make a deposit on a dress to put it into layaway, and you decide not to get the dress, you forfeit the money you paid. Also, as pertaining to layaways, you cannot exchange the dress in layaway. You cannot apply the paid money to another dress.
