[BE] SOCIAL prides itself on offering the high quality merchandise while fulfilling customer orders accurately! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, if eligible, simply return the unused item in its original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of purchase and we will provide you with a full refund (less original shipping charges). Returns must be in original condition and in all their original packaging. [BE] SOCIAL will not accept return items with any signs of wear or with any of the original tags not attached.
All "PAGEANT," "KIDS," "SHOES," "JEWELRY," and "SALE" purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Any final sale item that is returned without approval will have a restocking fee of 25% of the original item price.
At this time we do NOT offer direct exchanges, but don't worry go ahead and place an order for the correct size or color and as soon as we receive your return we will issue you either a refund or store credit whichever applies.
